Act of 1997. Amends the School Code to create a title for a
new Section in Article 18.

1 AN ACT to create the Equitable School Funding Act of
2 1997, amending a named Act.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 1. This Act may be cited as the Equitable School
6 Funding Act of 1997.
7 Section 50. The School Code is amended by adding Section
8 18-8a as follows:
