1 AN ACT to amend the School Code by adding Section 18-8.8.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 1. The School Code is amended by adding Section
5 18-8.8 as follows:
6 (105 ILCS 5/18-8.8 new)
7 Sec. 18-8.8. Basis for general state aid apportionment
8 to school districts after July 1, 1998.
