1 AN ACT to amend the Prairie State 2000 Authority Act by
2 changing Section 9.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Prairie State 2000 Authority Act is
6 amended by changing Section 9 as follows:
7 (20 ILCS 4020/9) (from Ch. 48, par. 1509)
8 Sec. 9. Expenses. Members of the Board of Directors
9 shall serve without compensation, but shall be entitled to
10 reimbursement for necessary and actual expenses incurred in
11 the discharge of their official duties.
