1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 232
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 232 on page 1,
3 line 24, by replacing "term" with "minimum term"; and
4 on page 1, line 25, by inserting "of 24 hours" after
5 "imprisonment"; and
6 on page 1, line 26, by inserting after "felony" the
7 following:
8 "for which the offender shall be sentenced to a minimum term
9 of imprisonment of 48 hours".
