1 AN ACT to repeal the Illinois Health Facilities Planning
2 Act and the Illinois Health Facilities Planning Fund.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 (20 ILCS 3960/Act rep.)
6 Section 5. The Illinois Health Facilities Planning Act
7 is repealed.
8 (30 ILCS 105/5.213) (from Ch. 127, par. 141.213)
9 Section 10. The State Finance Act is amended by
10 repealing Section 5.213.
11 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
12 becoming law.
