The Illinois Insurance Code is amended by 6 changing Section 357.29 as follows: 7 (215 ILCS 5/357.29) (from Ch. 73, par. 969.29) 8 Sec. 357.29. Requirements of other jurisdictions. Any 9 policy of a foreign or alien company, when delivered or 10 issued for delivery to any person in this State, may contain 11 any provision thatwhichis not less favorable to the insured 12 or the beneficiary than the provisions of this Article and 13 which is prescribed or required by the law of the state under 14 which the company is organized. 15 Any policy of a domestic company may, when issued for 16 delivery in any other state or country, contain any provision 17 permitted or required by the laws of such other state or 18 country. 19 (Source: Laws 1967, p. 1735.)
