Amends the Regional Transportation Authority Act. Makes
a technical change in the Section concerning operations.

1 AN ACT to amend the Regional Transportation Authority Act
2 by changing Section 2.03.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Regional Transportation Authority Act is
6 amended by changing Section 2.03 as follows:
7 (70 ILCS 3615/2.03) (from Ch. 111 2/3, par. 702.03)
8 Sec. 2.03. Operations. A Service Board may provide public
9 transportation by operating public transportation facilities.
10 A Service Board may enter into operating agreements with any
11 individual, corporation or other person or private or public
12 entity to operate those such facilities on behalf of the
13 Service Board.
