1 AN ACT to amend the Wildlife Code by changing Section
2 1.2.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Wildlife Code is amended by changing
6 Section 1.2 as follows:
7 (520 ILCS 5/1.2) (from Ch. 61, par. 1.2)
8 Sec. 1.2. Administration; definitions. This Act shall be
9 administered by and under the direction of the Department of
10 Natural Resources. As used in this Act, unless the context
11 otherwise requires, the terms specified in Sections 1.2a
12 through 1.2t have the meanings ascribed to them in those
13 Sections.
