3 with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment
4 No. 1, on page 1, line 6, by replacing "shall" with "may";
5 and
6 on page 1, by replacing line 10 with the following:
7 "questions regarding the maneuver."; and
8 on page 1, line 11, by deleting the following:
9 "Department for further information.".
