1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 475
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 475 on page 5, in
3 line 17, after "proceeding.", by inserting the following:
4 "In the case of an oral agreement, the disclosure shall be
5 made in the form of a written summary jointly prepared and
6 submitted by the county board or governing body of the
7 municipality and the siting applicant and shall describe the
8 terms and conditions of the oral agreement.".
