Appropriates $20,000,000 from the Road Fund to the
Department of Transportation for the construction of an
overpass to bypass an existing railroad-highway grade
crossing in the City of Dolton. Effective July 1, 1997.

1 AN ACT making appropriations to the Department of
2 Transportation.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The amount of $20,000,000 or so much of that
6 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Road
7 Fund to the Department of Transportation for the construction
8 of an overpass to bypass the existing railroad-highway grade
9 crossing between the Streets of 138th and 141st on Lincoln
10 Avenue in the City of Dolton.
11 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July
12 1, 1997.
