1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 550
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 550, on page 1, by
3 replacing lines 15 through 18 with the following:
4 "the firearm."; and
5 on page 1, line 19, by changing "may" to "shall"; and
6 on page 1 by replacing lines 22 through 31 with the
7 following:
8 "(c) Local law enforcement agencies shall use the
9 Illinois Department of State Police Law Enforcement Agencies
10 Data System (LEADS) Gun File to enter all stolen, seized, or
11 recovered firearms as prescribed by LEADS regulations and
12 policies."; and
13 on page 2, by deleting lines 1 through 11.
