1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 611
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 611 on page 4, in
3 line 10, by replacing ", but shall not be limited to, the
4 following" with "the following, as further provided by rule";
5 and
6 on page 11, in line 9, by deleting ";"; and
7 on page 11, in lines 11 and 12, by replacing "for 5 years or
8 more" with ", as further provided by rule of the Department";
9 and
10 on page 11, in line 23, after "fee", by inserting "and
11 meeting the continuing education requirements of subdivision
12 (2) of subsection (b)".
