2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 612 on page 2,
3 line 25, by replacing "(a)." with "(a), provided that no
4 tract of land in excess of 10 acres in area may be included
5 in the petition filed with the circuit clerk of the county in
6 which the area is located without the express consent of the
7 owner of the tract of land.".
