1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 663
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 663 on page 1,
3 line 27, after "Act." by inserting the following:
4 "The provisions of this Act shall not apply to any bank,
5 trust company, savings and loan association, credit union,
6 licensee under the Consumer Installment Loan Act, licensed
7 insurer, or any affiliate, subsidiary, employee, or agent of
8 any such entities.".
