1 AN ACT concerning credit, amending named Acts.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Credit Card Issuance Act is amended by
5 changing Section 0.01 as follows:
6 (815 ILCS 140/0.01) (from Ch. 17, par. 6000)
7 Sec. 0.01. Short title. This Act shall be known and may
8 be cited as the Credit Card Issuance Act.

10 Section 10. The Interest Act is amended by changing
11 Section 0.01 as follows:

13 Sec. 0.01. Short title. This Act shall be known and may
