2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 709, AS AMENDED,
3 in the title and in the introductory clause of Section 5, by
4 replacing "Sections 2-3.112 and 10-20.12b" each time it
5 appears with "Section 2-3.112"; and
6 in the body of Section 5, by deleting all of Sec. 10-20.12b.
