1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 0753
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 0753 on page 7, by
3 inserting below line 5 the following:
4 "For the purposes of this subsection (i), persons who are
5 employed by a combined department that performs both police
6 and firefighting services shall be governed by the provisions
7 relating to peace officers rather than the provisions
8 relating to firefighters.".
