1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 800
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 800, as amended,
3 on page 2 in line 10 by inserting after the word "Guidelines"
4 the following: ", requires the immediate notification of
5 appropriate Illinois emergency service agencies in the event
6 of an accident in Illinois," and
7 on page 3 in line 16 by inserting after the period, the
8 following: "The powers and obligations given to the State of
9 Missouri shall also include mandatory notification to the
10 Illinois Department of Transportation of the adoption of
11 standards and plans, completion of investigations, reports,
12 audits, and recommendations given pursuant to this Act and
13 copies of such standards and plans, investigations, reports
14 and audits and recommendations to the Illinois Department of
15 Transportation, upon request." and
16 on page 4, after line 11 by inserting the following:
17 "Section 31. Repealer. This Act is repealed on July 1,
18 2001."
