1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 901
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 901 on page 1, in
3 line 17, by replacing "optometrist" with the following:
4 "optometrist for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes related
5 to the use of diagnostic topical or therapeutic ocular
6 pharmaceutical agents, as defined in subsections (c) and (d)
7 of Section 15.1 of the Illinois Optometric Practice Act of
8 1987".
