1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 909
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 909, on page 6, by
3 replacing lines 2 through 4 with the following: "income for
4 that year if the household income is less than $14,000 or
5 (ii) $70 if the household income for that year is $14,000 or
6 more but less than $16,000."; and
7 on page 7, line 32, by changing "$14,000" to "$16,000
8 $14,000"; and
9 on page 8, by replacing lines 30 and 31 with the following:
10 "Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect
11 January 1, 1998.".
