1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 930
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 930 on page 2,
3 line 23, by replacing "carrier" with "carrier having over
4 35,000 subscriber access lines"; and
5 on page 2, line 28, by changing "services" to "local exchange
6 telecommunications services"; and
7 on page 2 by replacing line 32 with the following:
8 "activities, and promotional events from revenues derived
9 from the provision of noncompetitive local exchange
10 telecommunications services."; and
11 on page 3, line 6, by changing "carrier" to "carriers
12 providing noncompetitive local exchange telecommunications
13 services".
