1 AN ACT to amend the Build Illinois Act by adding Section
2 9-4.7.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Build Illinois Act is amended by adding
6 Section 9-4.7 as follows:
7 (30 ILCS 750/9-4.7 new)
8 Sec. 9-4.7. The Small Business Employment Expansion
9 Fund.
