1 AN ACT to amend the State Mandates Act by changing
2 Section 10.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The State Mandates Act is amended by changing
6 Section 10 as follows:
7 (30 ILCS 805/10) (from Ch. 85, par. 2210)
8 Sec. 10. Effective date. This Act takes effect January
9 1, 1981 and applies to administrative rules adopted on or
10 after that date, to executive orders filed on or after that
11 date, and to legislation in the 82nd General Assembly and
12 subsequent General Assemblies.
