1 AN ACT to amend the Attorney General Act by changing
2 Section 2.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Attorney General Act is amended by
6 changing Section 2 as follows:
7 (15 ILCS 205/2) (from Ch. 14, par. 2)
8 Sec. 2. Additional bond. Whenever the Governor shall
9 deem any bond filed by the Attorney General insufficient, the
10 Governor may require additional bond, in any penalty not
11 exceeding that specified in Section 1 of this Act.
