 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1016
 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 1016 on page 1, by
 3    inserting below line 16 the following:
 4        "Section 99.  Effective date.  This Act takes  effect  on
 5    July 1, 1997.".
