1 AN ACT in connection with certain medical benefits,
2 amending named Acts.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Illinois Insurance Code is amended by
6 changing Section 1 as follows:
7 (215 ILCS 5/1) (from Ch. 73, par. 613)
8 Sec. 1. Short title. This Act shall be known and may be
9 cited as the "Illinois Insurance Code."

11 Section 10. The Health Maintenance Organization Act is
12 amended by changing Section 1-1 as follows:
13 (215 ILCS 125/1-1) (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 1401)
14 Sec. 1-1. This Act shall be known and may be cited as the
15 "Health Maintenance Organization Act".

17 Section 15. The Illinois Public Aid Code is amended by
18 changing Section 1-2 as follows:

20 Sec. 1-2. Short title. This Act shall be known and may be
21 cited as the Illinois Public Aid Code.
