1 AN ACT to amend the Illinois Public Aid Code by changing
2 Section 4-5.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Illinois Public Aid Code is amended by
6 changing Section 4-5 as follows:
7 (305 ILCS 5/4-5) (from Ch. 23, par. 4-5)
8 Sec. 4-5. Entitlement to social welfare services.
9 Children and adults qualified for aid shall be entitled
10 to receive, under Article IX, the such rehabilitative,
11 training or other social welfare services as are appropriate.
