1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1070
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 1070 on page 4, by
3 inserting the following at the end of line 9:
4 "Provided, at the annual individualized education plan
5 review, the school board shall (1) explain the local policies
6 and procedures, (2) furnish a copy of the local policies to
7 parents and guardians, and (3) make available, upon request
8 of any parents and guardians, a copy of local procedures.".
