1 AN ACT making appropriations to the Judicial Inquiry
2 Board.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The following amounts, or so much thereof as
6 may be necessary, respectively, are appropriated for the
7 objects and purposes named, to meet the ordinary and
8 contingent expenses of the Judicial Inquiry Board:
9 For Personal Services .......................... $281,400
10 For State Contributions to State Employees'
11 Retirement System ............................ 14,400
12 For Retirement - Pension Pick-Up ............... 11,300
13 For State Contributions to Social Security ..... 21,500
14 For Contractual Services ....................... 108,100
15 For Travel ..................................... 8,000
16 For Commodities ................................ 3,500
17 For Printing ................................... 3,500
18 For Equipment .................................. 38,000
19 For EDP ........................................ 5,000
20 For Telecommunications ......................... 4,300
21 For Operation of Auto Equipment ................ 3,500
22 For Per Diem for Non-Judge Members as the
23 rate of $100 per day ......................... 8,400
24 Total $510,900
25 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
26 July 1, 1997.
