1 AN ACT to amend the Illinois Dental Practice Act by
2 changing Section 20.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Illinois Dental Practice Act is amended
6 by changing Section 20 as follow:
7 (225 ILCS 25/20) (from Ch. 111, par. 2320)
8 Sec. 20. Display of Licenses. Any person licensed to
9 practice dentistry or dental hygiene in this State by the
10 Department as hereinbefore provided, shall at all times
11 display the such license or duplicate original thereof in a
12 conspicuous place, in his or her office wherein he or she
13 shall practice such profession, and shall further, whenever
14 requested, exhibit such license to any of the members of the
15 Department or its authorized agent. Upon proof by affidavit,
16 the Department shall provide a duplicate if such person
17 establishes that his or her license is lost or stolen or that
18 he or she practices at multiple locations.
