1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1295
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 1295 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:
4 "Section 1. The State of Illinois shall not knowingly
5 enter into any contract for the procurement of foreign-made
6 equipment, materials, or supplies which were produced in
7 whole or part by forced labor, convict labor, or indentured
8 labor under penal sanction.".
