1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1315
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 1315 on page 1,
3 line 21, by replacing "19" with "17"; and
4 on page 1, line 22, by replacing "17 all" with "all"; and
5 on page 2, by replacing lines 4 through 6 with the following:
6 "2 shall be citizens at large."; and
7 on page 2, by replacing lines 11 through 13 with the
8 following:
9 "members to serve for a term of one year. Members appointed
10 thereafter"; and
11 on page 2, by replacing lines 21 through 29 with the
12 following:
13 "appointed by the Governor. All members".
