1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1335
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 1335, on page 1,
3 lines 14 and 15 by deleting "any school district,"; and
4 on page 3, lines 2, 7, 8, 9, 14, 16, 21, 23, 24, and 29, by
5 replacing "school district" wherever it appears with "unit of
6 local government or school district"; and
7 on page 4, lines 1, 16, 21, 25, and 29, by replacing "school
8 district" wherever it appears with "unit of local government
9 or school district"; and
10 on page 4, line 8 by replacing "school districts" with "units
11 of local government or school districts"; and
12 on page 4, line 31, by replacing "local school districts"
13 with "units of local government or school districts"; and
14 on page 5, line 4, by replacing "local school districts" with
15 "units of local government or school districts"; and
16 on page 5, lines 6 and 12 by replacing "county clerk" with
17 "circuit court clerk"; and
18 on page 5, line 9, by replacing "school district" with "unit
19 of local government or school district".
