1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1387
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 1387 on page 4 by
3 replacing lines 11 through 14 with the following:
4 "services supplied by a public utility, energy service
5 provider, or telecommunications carrier."; and
6 on page 4 by replacing lines 31 and 32 with the following:
7 "provider or a natural gas service provider."; and
8 on page 4 by deleting lines 33 and 34; and
9 on page 5 by deleting lines 1, 2, and 3; and
10 on page 5 by inserting immediately below line 7 the
11 following:
12 ""Natural gas service provider" means anyone who sells,
13 contracts to sell, distributes, or delivers or markets
14 natural gas or services (including metering and billing) in
15 connection therewith. "Natural gas service provider"
16 includes any gas utility and natural gas marketer."; and
17 on page 9, line 6, by changing "To" to "To promptly".
