the Department of Commerce and Community Affairs for a job
training center in the Mark of the Quad Cities Convention

1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The amount of $4,500,000, or so much of that
5 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General
6 Revenue Fund to the Department of Commerce and Community
7 Affairs for a grant to the Illinois Quad City Civic Center
8 Authority for a job training center at the Mark of the Quad
9 Cities Convention Center.
10 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
11 July 1, 1998.
