1 AN ACT to amend the School Code by changing Section
2 14-14.01.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The School Code is amended by changing
6 Section 14-14.01 as follows:
7 (105 ILCS 5/14-14.01) (from Ch. 122, par. 14-14.01)
8 Sec. 14-14.01. Warrants for reimbursement. The State
9 Comptroller shall draw his warrants on the State Treasurer on
10 or before September 30 of each year for the respective sums
11 for reimbursement for special education reported to him on
12 presentation of vouchers approved by the State Superintendent
13 of Education.
