Makes a stylistic change in provisions regarding the right to crops after forfeiture of property under a contract of purchase. The Code of Civil Procedure is amended by 6 changing Section 9-105 as follows: 7 (735 ILCS 5/9-105) (from Ch. 110, par. 9-105) 8 Sec. 9-105. Growing crops. In case of forfeiture under 9 contract of purchase, the purchaser shall be entitled to 10 cultivate and gather the crops, if any, planted by him or her 11 and grown or growing on the premises at the time of the 12 filing of the action, and shall have the right to enter for 13 the purpose of removing thesuchcrops, first paying or 14 tendering to the party entitled to the possession a 15 reasonable compensation for thesuchuse of the land before 16 removing thesuchcrops. 17 (Source: P.A. 82-280.)
