1 AN ACT to amend the Regional Transportation Authority Act
2 by changing Section 1.01.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Regional Transportation Authority Act is
6 amended by changing Section 1.01 as follows:
7 (70 ILCS 3615/1.01) (from Ch. 111 2/3, par. 701.01)
8 Sec. 1.01. Short Title.
9 This Act shall be known and may be cited as the "Regional
10 Transportation Authority Act".
