1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1598
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 1598, AS AMENDED,
3 in the title and in the introductory clause of Section 5, by
4 replacing "and 10-22.21b" each time it appears with ",
5 10-22.8, and 10-22.21b"; and
6 in the body of Section 5, by inserting below the last line of
7 Sec. 10-20.12a the following:
8 "(105 ILCS 5/10-22.8) (from Ch. 122, par. 10-22.8)
9 Sec. 10-22.8. Sale of personal property.
10 To sell at public or private sale any personal property
11 belonging to the school district, and either not needed for
12 school purposes or available through an arrangement under
13 which such personal property may be leased by the district
14 from the purchaser.
