1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1700
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 1700 as follows:
3 on page 2, line 29, after the period, by inserting the
4 following:
5 "The ability of the Illinois Department to use private
6 persons to serve notices, as provided for under this
7 paragraph, does not affect duties and obligations existing
8 under an agreement of cooperation between the Illinois
9 Department and a local governmental unit.".
