to the Board of Trustees of Northeastern Illinois University
for its ordinary and contingent expenses for the fiscal year
ending June 30, 1999:

Education Assistance Fund 3,745,600

1 AN ACT making appropriations to the Board of Trustees of
2 Northeastern Illinois University.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The following named amounts, or so much
6 thereof as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects
7 and purposes hereinafter named, are appropriated from the
8 General Revenue Fund to the Board of Trustees of Northeastern
9 Illinois University to meet the ordinary and contingent
10 expenses of Northeastern Illinois University for the fiscal
11 year ending June 30, 1999:
12 For Personal Services, including
13 payment to the University for
14 personal services costs incurred
15 during the fiscal year...................... $29,131,400
16 For State Contributions to
17 Social Security............................. 200,000
18 For Contractual Services........................ 2,500,000
19 For Travel...................................... 140,000
20 For Commodities................................. 650,000
21 For Equipment and Library
22 Books....................................... 1,500,000
23 For Telecommunication Services.................. 300,000
24 For Operation of Automotive
25 Equipment................................... 22,000
26 For Awards and Grants and
27 Matching Funds.............................. 0
28 For Permanent Improvements...................... 0

30 Section 10. The following named amount or so much
31 thereof as may be necessary for the object and purpose
