1 AN ACT to amend the School Code by repealing Section
2 10-20.2b.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:

6 Section 5. The School Code is amended by repealing
7 Section 10-20.2b.
8 Section 99. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
