1 SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, The State Board of Education has filed its Fall
3 1997 Mandate Waiver report, dated October 1, 1997, with the
4 General Assembly as required by Section 2-3.25g of the School
5 Code; therefore be it
6 RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETIETH GENERAL ASSEMBLY
7 OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
8 CONCURRING HEREIN, that the request pertaining to Licensed
9 Practical Nurses submitted by Prairie Hills Elementary School
10 District 144, identified in the report as WM197-0808-1, is
11 disapproved; and be it further
12 RESOLVED, that the requests pertaining to Registered
13 Nurses submitted by Exceptional Children Have Opportunities
14 Joint Agreement, identified in the report as WM197-0769, and
15 Special Education District of Lake County, identified in the
16 report as WM197-0770, are disapproved.
