1 SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, The State Board of Education has filed its Fall
3 1998 Mandate Waiver report to the Senate, the House of
4 Representatives and the Secretary of State as required by
5 Section 2-3.25g of the School Code; therefore, be it
6 RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETIETH GENERAL ASSEMBLY
7 OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
8 CONCURRING HEREIN, That the request pertaining to the
9 Health/Life Safety Code submitted by Carpentersville
10 Community Unit School District 300, identified in the report
11 as WM198-1071, is disapproved; and be it further
12 RESOLVED, that the request pertaining to the use of
13 substitute teaching staff submitted by Midlothian School
14 District 143, identified in the report as WM198-0140, is
15 disapproved.
