1 SENATE RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, The members of This Body are saddened to learn
3 of the death of Richard Loveless of Carlinville, Illinois;
4 and
5 WHEREAS, Richard Loveless was born in Carlinville,
6 Illinois on September 11, 1913; his parents were Truss and
7 Ella Eller Loveless; on December 30, 1939 he married Iva Rose
8 Behme; and
9 WHEREAS, Richard Loveless was the plant manager for Starr
10 Dairy until its closing; he is remembered as a man who loved
11 working with cattle; Mr. Loveless is survived by his wife
12 Iva, his sons Wesley and Jerel, eight grandchildren, his
13 brother Harold, and several nieces and nephews; therefore, be
14 it
15 RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETIETH GENERAL ASSEMBLY
16 OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with his
17 family and friends, the death of Richard Loveless of
18 Carlinville, Illinois; and be it further
19 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
20 presented to the family of Richard Loveless, along with our
21 deepest sympathy.
