 1                          SENATE RESOLUTION
 2        WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are  saddened
 3    to  learn of the death of Charles Sumner Wilson III, of Round
 4    Lake Beach, Illinois; and
 5        WHEREAS, Charles Wilson was born  in  Johnson  City,  New
 6    York  on  August 29, 1929; Mr. Wilson was an attorney in Lake
 7    County, Illinois, and had offices in Waukegan; and
 8        WHEREAS, Mr. Wilson was a member of the  Class  of  1956,
 9    Lake  Forest  College;  he  was  a  member  of Phi Pi Epsilon
10    Fraternity; Mr. Wilson received his law  degree  from  DePaul
11    University;  Mr.  Wilson  was  a veteran of the United States
12    Navy,  serving  during  the  Korean  War;  he  was  the  past
13    president of the Northern Illinois Council Against  Substance
14    Abuse  (N.I.C.A.S.A.);  he  was  a member of the Illinois Bar
15    Association; and
16        WHEREAS, Charles Wilson was a  member  of  St.  Anastasia
17    Catholic  Church  in  Waukegan; Charles Wilson is survived by
18    his children, Pamela Mueller, Charles S. Wilson IV,  Jane  E.
19    Sage,  Thomas E. Wilson, Patti E. Carlsen, Michael D. Wilson,
20    and Steven J. Wilson; his  stepchildren,  Carolyn  Rukstales,
21    Donna  Smith,  Jeannie  Dan,  Barbara Eterno, and Beth Mater;
22    twenty-six grandchildren, hir sister,  Dr.  Florence  Wilson;
23    his   former   spouse,  Maxine  Wilson,  and  by  his  canine
24    companion, Alexander; therefore, be it
25        RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETIETH GENERAL ASSEMBLY
26    OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS,  that  we  mourn,  along  with  his
27    family  and  friends, the death of Charles Sumner Wilson III;
28    and be it further
29        RESOLVED, That a suitable  copy  of  this  resolution  be
30    presented to the family of Charles Wilson.
