90_SR0196 LRB9012011CBcb 1 SENATE RESOLUTION 2 WHEREAS, The members of the Senate are saddened to learn 3 of the death of Sophie Ann Chrapkowski of North Chicago on 4 March 24, 1998; and 5 WHEREAS, She was born in North Chicago on June 13, 1932; 6 she was a former First Ward alderman for the City of North 7 Chicago and she was an employee of E.S.O. purchasing 8 department for 17 years; and 9 WHEREAS, She was a member of Holy Rosary Church and Queen 10 of Peace Church and a member of the Ladies Rosary Society; 11 and 12 WHEREAS, Her passing will be deeply felt by her family 13 and friends, especially her husband, Edward; her son, John; 14 her daughters, Cindy Dawson, Karen Bennett, Janet Lynam, and 15 Lisa Honeycutt; her daughter-in-law, Donna; her sons-in-law, 16 Marvin Dawson, Craig Bennett, Scott Lynam, and Randy 17 Honeycutt; 12 grandchildren; and her sister, Joan Korzybski; 18 therefore, be it 19 RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETIETH GENERAL ASSEMBLY 20 OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we note with sorrow and regret 21 the death of Sophie Ann Chrapkowski and extend our sincere 22 condolences to her family and friends; and be it further 23 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 24 presented to her husband, Edward Chrapkowski.
