90_SR0274 LRB9013669KBkb 1 SENATE RESOLUTION 2 WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened 3 to learn of the death of Eleanor Bietsch of Springfield, 4 Illinois; and 5 WHEREAS, Eleanor Bietsch was born in Springfield, 6 Illinois on October 31, 1927; her parents were Stanley and 7 Frances Missavich Stankavich; and 8 WHEREAS, Eleanor Bietsch was employed as a clerk with the 9 City of Springfield office of Budget and Management; she was 10 a volunteer for VISTA, a member of the Lituanian American 11 Club, and a member of AARP; and 12 WHEREAS, Eleanor Bietsch is survived by her daughter, 13 Mrs. Myron (Barbara) Hodel; her sons, Robert "Huck" (wife, 14 JoAnn) and Harry E. "Eddie" (wife, Diane) Bietsch; her 15 grandchildren, Kevin, Ryan, Scott, and Kimberly Bietsch, and 16 Rhett, Chad, and Kyle Hodel; her sister, Frances "Fritzi" 17 Cartwright; many nieces and nephews; and many friends; 18 therefore, be it 19 RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETIETH GENERAL ASSEMBLY 20 OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with her 21 family and friends, the death of Eleanor Bietsch of 22 Springfield, Illinois; and be it further 23 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 24 presented to the family of Eleanor Bietsch, along with our 25 sincere condolences.
