        Amends the Chicago Firefighter Article of  the  Pension  Code  to      
   increase  the  minimum  widow's  annuity to $800 per month for certain      
   widows.  Amends the  State  Mandates  Act  to  require  implementation      
   without reimbursement.  Effective immediately.
